RLD stands for Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage. I have trained under the wonderful Sally Kay for this amazing treatment that focuses on the Lymphatic System.

A gentle treatment that stimulates the function of the Lymphatic System. Based on the principles seen in MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage), RLD applies this to the reflexes on the feet for a treatment where you only have to take your socks off!
