I decided to become a complementary therapist after spending the majority of my working life in various roles within an office environment.

The second and more compelling reason came as a result of personal experience of Reflexology, it intrigued me as to how my therapist could know things about my health without me telling her. It had sparked my interest.

About to start maternity leave with my second child, I decided it was 'now or never'. I enrolled on what was to be my first step into holistic health with a VTCT Diploma Level 3 Reflexology course. I have found my delve into Reflexology to be a steep learning curve but incredibly informative and interesting. I look forward to expanding my treatment offerings into other therapies as I get going on this new venture.
