Eden Therapies is an independent complementary therapy business that provides Reflexology services with more to come in the near future. I'm committed to respecting your privacy, which is why I have never nor will I in the future sell your information to any third parties ever. This privacy policy will outline how I use, collect and protect your data. At your first appointment a full consultation will be done and based on this information you are agreeing to give consent for myself to cancel any treatment that may cause any harm or damage to me, yourself, or if the treatment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled if I become unavoidably unavailable.

I need to obtain and process your personal data to provide you with my services and treatments and to fulfil my business and legal obligations. I will never collect any personal information that I do not need or retain any data that is no longer required.

Covid-19 Policy

​​It is my priority to keep you and myself safe, so in light of Covid-19 I ask that when I visit for your scheduled appointment. All clients must use the hand sanitizer provided or wash your hands before the treatment(s). No beverages will be provided during this pandemic, your welcome to bring your own if you wish. A face visor and mask will be worn by myself at all times. No plus ones are allowed to accompany you unless you need to bring a parent, guardian or carer. Extra care has been taken in cleaning the work area and tools. Finally all clients MUST wear either a face visor or a mask whilst having a treatment. Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms we can rearrange your booking for another time.

I am certified in safe Covid-19 procedures and follow government guidelines that are in place for Reflexology.


I understand unplanned events can happen unexpectedly, which as a result can fail to make you attend your appointment, however, I respectfully ask you to cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible, failing to cancel within a 24 hour notice will result in a non refundable deposit. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, allow 24 hours minimum prior your appointment to do so, any rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a non refundable deposit. If you show a pattern of last minute cancellations and no shows, you will be asked to pay for the full amount of the treatment when booking.


Treatments and vouchers purchased before and after any services are non refundable.


All payments must be made on the day of the appointment. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Payments are made via cash, PayPal and online bank transfer.
